ARIS Leaders

In June, the “ARIS Leaders” Project began, which includes several stages in which all those who exercise a leadership role in our company will participate.

In the first stage of the project, our directors learned and applied an innovative methodology that allowed them to recognize their strengths and opportunities for improvement in order to develop an individual development plan.

Likewise, the Human Resources team, who will be the direct support during the implementation of the other stages of the project, have already been trained in the methodology.

Now it is the turn of the rest of the leaders to learn about this methodology and draw up their own development plan.
